  • $250.00 damage deposit required.

  • Breakfasts for extra guests may be purchased.
  • Any alcoholic beverages provided by wedding party.
  • Open Bar can be arranged by a vender with a liquior license.
  • Wildlife Adventures can not distribute alcoholic beverages.
  • Pole Pine Gazebo (rental available).
  • Extra tables & chairs are responsibility of group renting facility.
  • Port-a-Potty Rental (two are included in package price).

  • Wildlife Adventures Guest Ranch's policy for weddings, reunions, and other receptions or parties involving fifty or more individuals require a minimum stay of two nights during the months of May through December.
  • Your group will be allowed to check in at 12 o'clock (noon) and have all six lodge rooms, four bunkhouse rooms and access to the ranch grounds for a 48-hour period, checking out at noon on the departure day.
  • Currently our ten guest rooms sleep a total of 36 people if every double or king bed occupies two-people.  However if you and your guests choose, additional  people may sleep on the floor of a guest room.
  • Individuals wishing to pitch a camp tent must register at the Lodge and pay a additional fee. The whole ranch facility must be rented for a weekend wedding. 
  • Absolutely No Kitchen Use. 
  • Total ranch package 48-hours.
  • Food brought in to the ranch must be caterered by a licensed caterer.
  • Breakfast is provided for guests staying in the Lodge and Bunkhouse. Maximum capacity for overnight guests during the whole ranch rental is not to exceed 50 people:  This number includes people choosing to stay in camp tents.
